2nd Annual Fall Dinner

The Carleton-Mississippi Mills Conservative Association and Minister Gordon O’Connor would like to invite you to join us for our 2nd Annual Fall Dinner at the Canadian Golf and Country Club. The event takes place on Thursday October 26th, 2006 at 7:00pm (cocktails at 6:00pm). Your $75 ticket will get you dinner, a tax receipt for a portion of the purchase price, and an evening to enjoy discussion on the current state of politics in our great nation.

Last year we had Senator Hugh Segal as our guest speaker and this year we will have someone just as entertaining to provide the keynote speech. Keep an eye on our site for an announcement on who the guest speaker is.

The main dinner course is either prime rib, chicken or a vegetarian plate. You can make your selection when you purchase tickets either via our secure online shop or by calling us at 613-592-9550 to make arrangements for payment and reserve your tickets.

The event is first come, first served so don’t wait too long or you might miss out on all the fun.

Richmond Fair and Carp Fair Volunteers Needed

This year, our EDA will have a booth at both the Richmond Fair (September 15th to 17th) and the Carp Fair (September 22nd to 24th) and we are looking for volunteers to sit at the booth and help hand out literature, sell memberships, and help answer any questions with regards to how to contact Gordon and/or our EDA for further information.

You don’t need to be experienced and we encourage anyone interested in helping out contact us by either emailing us at conservative@carleton-mississippimills.ca or by phoning our EDA number and leaving a message at 613-592-9550.
