Announcements on our first ever golf tournament, membership card information, website upgrades, policy status report and messages from our President and our Member of Parliament.

The Association would like to announce our first annual golf tournament. We are joining forces with the EDA’s from Ottawa South and Nepean-Carleton to host the event. Tickets will be limited so please order yours early.  We also expect to have MP’s Gordon O’Connor and Pierre Poilievre as guest speakers at the dinner.  Details are as follows:

• Date: Monday June 26th, 2006
• Location: Emerald Links Golf and Country Club
• Golf Ticket Price: $150 for lunch, round of golf with cart, dinner and award ceremonies. We will also offer the lunch/dinner portion for $75 for any non golfers interested in coming out.
• Time: Shotgun start at 12:30pm, lunch will be available from 11 am.

The event is being organized in co-operation with our neighbouring ridings of Ottawa South and Nepean-Carleton. The proceeds will benefit the election efforts of the three ridings and a portion will also be donated to the Builder’s Fund of the Manotick Legion.

Come out for a good cause and what we know will be a great day. With three ridings joining forces, you just never know who might end up in your foursome.

NOTE: A tax receipt will be issued for a portion of the ticket after expenses.
